RX ceramic filter plate is a large-area porous ceramic filter plate, which is fired using an inorganic membrane preparation process. It has a large filter area, high strength, and uniform pore size. The size of the pore size can be controlled according to actual needs. It is based on alumina and has good acid and alkali resistance. It can use periodic backwashing, pickling and ultrasonic cleaning methods to ensure that the filtration efficiency is not reduced during long-term use.
In response to the obvious decrease in output after repeated ore absorption, our company has developed a new type of membrane surface with a porosity of 55.60% and smooth inner walls of micropores. Very small particles can pass smoothly during the ore absorption process, which better reduces clogging. After long-term use and backwashing, the regeneration effect is obvious and the service life is longer, thereby achieving the maximum utilization efficiency of the plate surface and increasing output and efficiency.
Among them, the RX series 8-square-meter ceramic filter plate is the first large-area, low-energy-consumption and environmentally friendly ceramic vacuum filter plate that our company has developed and manufactured based on advanced foreign design concepts and is suitable for 144 square, 204 square, and 240 square meters of ceramic filters.
