How it works:
1. First, the capillary effect of the nanoscale ceramic membrane is used to suck out the clean water from the wastewater and intercept the suspended solids in the wastewater.
2. Secondly, a vacuum system is used to reduce the pressure inside the ceramic membrane to increase the filtration pressure difference.
3. Increase the external pressure of the ceramic membrane again to twice the atmospheric pressure, so that the ceramic membrane is in a sealed cabin, and the total filtration power is increased by about 3 times compared with conventional filtration.
4. The bottom of the ceramic membrane concentrator is equipped with an inclined tube thickening device, which accelerates the settlement of suspended solids and solid particles in the wastewater, reduces the processing load of the ceramic membrane, and further increases the clean water production capacity.
5. The concentrated slurry is collected in the cone hopper at the bottom of the concentrator. The cone hopper is equipped with concentration detection equipment. When the slurry concentration reaches the set value, the slurry discharge valve is automatically opened to discharge the concentrated slurry to the next process.
6. When the filtration capacity of the ceramic membrane decreases, chemical cleaning combined with ultrasonic cleaning is used to restore the filtration performance of the ceramic membrane.
